Measures Icon in Fields

Hello Fellows,

Today I encountered a weird icon here (Actuals in picture), why would it display as a Measure(s) in the field pane?
I thought this place is only for tables and I cannot replicate another measure(s) here.

Anyone has some ideas?

Hi @Anonymous

You have created a 'Measure group'. This icon represents that.

it is the calculated table for storing measure.

Please refer to the below link for more details.

@Anonymous let's assume you have a table with 2 columns and 2 measures, and if you end both the columns in the table, it will convert that table to a measure group with that icon.

I would  Kudos if my solution helped. 👉 If you can spend time posting the question, you can also make efforts to give Kudos whoever helped to solve your problem. It is a token of appreciation!

@Anonymous , if you create a table and it only has measures, you will get this icon. I got this when I created a measure table and it only has measures
