I have below two tables tables with below fields. Emp ID relationship exists.
EmpDimension
Emp ID
FactSalary
Emp ID
Salary Date
Salary Amount
I need to know the number of employees for whom the salary credit happend for last 3 calender months.
If I am checking this measure today, then it should show me the count of Employees received salary for Months (Apr, May, June). Salary may be credit or any day in a month.
Please help.

As amitchandak said , You could use EOMONTH(), and I created a simple example:
count =
CALCULATE (
DISTINCTCOUNT ( [Emp ID] ),
FILTER (
ALL ( 'FactSalary' ),
[Salary Date] <= TODAY ()
&& [Salary Date] > EOMONTH ( TODAY (), -3 )
)
)
The final output is shown below:

Try without TI and Date table
Rolling 3 = CALCULATE(distinctcount(Table[Employee ID]),filter(all(Table[Date]), Table[Date] <= max(Table[Date]) && Table[Date] >= eomonth(max(Table[Date]),-3)))
