Measure to Count the number of bins where the amount of events exceeds 10

I am creating some metrics for our alarm system, and one of them revolves around alarm flooding. The definition of alarm flooding is where 10 or more alarms occur within a 10 minute period. I was able to create the 10 minute bins, and create a visual which shows the alarm flooding, and when it exceeds a certain limit. I need to however create KPIS which show things like:

  • Number of Floods
  • Total Alarms in All Floods
  • Average Alarms per flood
  • % of Time in Flood Condition

Most of these metrics rely on having this measure available.

The chart I created looks like this:

The data looks like this:

Any help would be appreciated.

Hi @mitchy-06 ,

Could you please tell me the Floods related which column? Tag or ID? And could you please post some simple sample data and your desired result to have a test if possible?
