Measure that calculates share of total by category

Thanks in advance for any help.

In transitioning to a purely tabular perspective in our data structure, all DAX had to be changed. I'm stuck on using a measure to calculate the share of spend. These are my current related measures.

Share of Spend = CALCULATE(DIVIDE(SUM(fact_Total[Value]),fact_Total[Category Sum]),fact_Total[Type]="Value USD")

Category Sum = CALCULATE(SUM(fact_Total[Value]),fact_Total[Type]="Value USD",ALLEXCEPT(dim_SKU_Master,dim_SKU_Master[Department]))

Share of Spend keeps giving me 100% across every Department and every Country in a matrix as shown below

I need the measure percent to reflect the share per country out of total share for that category. Thoughts?

Just add "Category Sum" again and then in the Values area of the Visualizations pane, click the little down arrow to the left of the "X" icon and choose "Show value as" and then "Percent of Grand Total".
