## Measure summarizing by group

I want to create a measure that adds up the sales amount of each salesperson. Please refer to the example below. The name of the table is Sales.

 Price Sales-man 100 John 100 Michael 200 Ron 300 Juile 100 John 200 John

Drag [Price] and [Sales-man] into a Table visual, it will sum up the sales amount per salesperson automatically.

Additionally, you could refer to below measure.

`Sum price = SUM(Sales[Price])`

Try below measure

TotalPrice = SUMX(Sales,Sales[Price])

Thanx for your help, howerver; it wasn't I wanted.

A formula is required to obtain the sum of the sales figures for each salesperson.
