Measure not showing as cumulative graph

I have a dataframe with transactional data which has a weekly granuality, this df is connected to date masterdata. I attempting to compare this years revenue with last years revenue in a cumulative graph. However, I can succeed with the LY measure:

VAR maxweeknr = MAX(Df_POS[ISO week])
VAR maxyearnr = MAX(Df_POS[ISO year])
return

CALCULATE([Retail revenue], FILTER(ALL(Dates[ISO Weeknumber]),Dates[ISO Weeknumber] <= maxweeknr), Dates[ISO Year]= maxyearnr-1)

Any ideas?

@Veblengood , try a measure like

CALCULATE([Retail revenue], FILTER(ALL(Dates[ISO Weeknumber]),Dates[ISO Weeknumber] <= maxweeknr && Dates[ISO Year] = maxyearnr-1))
