Measure not affected by slicer in chart

I have a measure:

Omzet 2019 = 
CALCULATE([Omzet]; 'GrootboekMutaties'[Boekjaar] IN { 2019 })

It shows the revenue for 2019. 

When using a slicer to show the revenue per person it doesn't filter the chart, it keeps showing the total revenue. 

I have several pages in this report and on all other pages the slicer works and filters  the measure, just not on this one. 

Any ideas?

Have you checked if all the interactions were correctly setup?

Yes, the interactions work. I have two data fields in the chart, one responds to the slicer, the other one doesn't.

Hi, since it's all data from our accounting departement I don't think I can. I'll try to reproduce it in a dummy report.
