Measure is not FILTERING a Matrix Table

Hello,

I have a matrix table with some data.  I  want to filter the matrix table data based on the filtered versionID. 

Current scenario

Currently if i select "1.0"  slicer filter the Matrix column shows me all 3 , columns ("1.0","2.0","3.0")

Expected scenario

What i want is when i select  VersionID "1.0" I would expect to see only the data related that versionID as shown below.
