Hi All,
I have data like below table
I want to show the "sum of utilization%" in x-axis and "No of Emp Id" in Y-axis
EX: if i select date = 02/22/2019, A4 utilization% =100
If I select date = 02/22/2019 and Department=BI then A4 utilization =50%
Date | Emp id | Department | Utilization % | Rating |
2/1/2019 | A1 | BI | 40 | 2 |
2/22/2019 | A1 | BI | 60 | 2 |
1/25/2019 | A1 | BI | 100 | 1 |
2/15/2019 | A1 | BI | 100 | 2 |
2/8/2018 | A1 | BI | 100 | 3 |
2/1/2019 | A2 | BI | 40 | 3 |
2/8/2018 | A2 | BI | 50 | 3 |
2/22/2019 | A2 | BI | 60 | 3 |
1/25/2019 | A2 | BI | 100 | 3 |
2/15/2019 | A2 | BI | 100 | 3 |
2/22/2019 | A3 | ML | 60 | 3 |
2/8/2018 | A3 | ML | 100 | 2 |
2/15/2019 | A3 | ML | 100 | 2 |
1/25/2019 | A3 | ML | 100 | 3 |
2/1/2019 | A3 | ML | 100 | 3 |
2/22/2019 | A4 | BI | 50 | 1 |
2/22/2019 | A4 | ML | 50 | 3 |
2/8/2018 | A4 | ML | 100 | 2 |
2/15/2019 | A4 | ML | 100 | 2 |
1/25/2019 | A4 | ML | 100 | 3 |
2/1/2019 | A4 | ML | 100 | 3 |
How can i achive this logic?
Hi @Anonymous ,
Based on my test, I don't think such a result is achievable.
EX: if i select date = 02/22/2019, A4 utilization% =100
Here, utilization% =100 is an aggregated value grouped by Emp id, it should be dynamically changed based on slicer, however, we could only add static column vlaues onto Axis.
Maybe someone else could work it out.

Yuliana Gu
