I have 2 measures, and I substract one of the other:
All 3 measure I have set as data type decimal number with one decimal. However when the measure that substracts one measure from the other, then when close to '0' the figure is not shown with 1 decimal but like this:
Also the source field 'Amount' that I use the 2 measures is a decimal number.
How can I solve that this is shown as '0,0' ?

Since you don't need other digits, how about formatting it explicitly like below?
Measure 7 = ROUND([Measure 5] - [Measure 6], 1)
