Measure changed with filter

I created rolling average using the quick measure.

it looks ok but when i filter the visual, the value is changed.

ex) it was 99 for Jan 2022 before filter but changed to 183 after adding a filter in the filter pane.

I am expecting to see same 99 after the date filter. Tried to use ALLSELECTED in the DAX but doesn't work.

I cannot figure out how to keep the same value even after the filter..

What filter are you adding?  Let's say your filter removes January.  What would you expect the number to be in that case?

Remember that calculated columns are not impacted by filters.
