Maximum value on Gauge visual: BASIC Q!

Hi All,

I have a table, currently with 39 rows of data all representing a different hospital:

I want to show on gauge visual the status i.e., number "to be confirmed" out of the maximum.

For some reason the following quick measure is not showing the correct maximum value on my gauge visual (it just doubles it):

In start-up = CALCULATE(COUNTROWS('ContactDetails'),'ContactDetails'[Site Status]="In start-up")

When i try to calculate total rows, it only counts the total number of rows that has status "To be confirmed"

Any ideas?

Solved it myself!
