Max & Total of a field values based on Slicer Selection

Dear All,

I would like to obtain a Maximum and a Total of values from a single column and Display that value on a Card Visual. For that, i need to create a DAX fomula. I used COUNT & DISTINCTCOUNT functions to see the results. But, How can I achieve what I wanted here. Please help me.

Below images help you to understand to create a Measure for my problem.

Note: Sample Data is attached in the below link,

you can use MEASURE like

MyMeasure =
MAXX ( VALUES ( Table1[Reason] ), CALCULATE ( COUNT ( Table1[Reason] ) ) ) & " / "
    & COUNTROWS ( Table1 )

Excellent, Thank you very much. But, now I wanted to get the "Detailed" Reason for the obtained results [max of reason]. In that Maximum of reason, there will be some detailed reason assoicated with it. I want to calculate that too as mentioned in the below screenshot,

In that 4 --> 3 are due to Quality and 1 is due to price. Likewise, how can I get the results.

Note: Updated PBIX is given below,

Thanks & Regards,

Praveen.
