Hi @JohanData

Create a date table

date = ADDCOLUMNS(CALENDARAUTO(),"year",YEAR([Date]),"year-month",FORMAT([Date],"yyyy-mm"))

Create measures

Max date = CALCULATE(MAX('Table'[project enddate]),FILTER(ALLSELECTED('Table'),'Table'[project]=MAX('Table'[project])))

max date's price = CALCULATE(SUM('Table'[selling price]),FILTER(ALLSELECTED('Table'),'Table'[project]=MAX('Table'[project])&&'Table'[project enddate]=[Max date]))

budget per project = CALCULATE(SUM('Table'[budget]),FILTER(ALLSELECTED('Table'),'Table'[project]=MAX('Table'[project])))

project result = IF(FORMAT([Max date],"yyyy-mm")=MAX('date'[year-month]),[max date's price]-[budget per project])

@JohanData there are two projectend date 31/01/2020 that matches the max date, why you picked one over another to get value 250. Is there another business logic which row to pick to break the tie.
