Matrix with Running Total Subtotals and Grandtotals

I have a Matrix with Running Totals (Quantities By Date and Order Number).  I need to filter the out the values where 0  is present throughout the whole date range selected.  When I filter now it removes any row that contains a zero (filters Running total on last date instead of looking at entire range).  Below is my measure for the running total:

FinalFinalRT =
VAR CurrDevYear =Max('Date'[Date])
RETURN
CALCULATE(
    SUM(MWOLookUpQuant[RTQuant3]),
    FILTER(ALL('Date'[Date]), 'Date'[Date] <= CurrDevYear)

Thanks in advance for any advice.

@tim_jim85 - This looks like a measure totals problem. Very common. See my post about it here: https://community.powerbi.com/t5/DAX-Commands-and-Tips/Dealing-with-Measure-Totals/td-p/63376

Also, this Quick Measure, Measure Totals, The Final Word should get you what you need:

@tim_jim85 , Can you share sample data and sample output in table format?
