Matrix total and kpi card

I have a matrix table that shows 32.5 for a grand total. I created a KPI card and i am using the same measure I used in my matrix that got me 32.5, but in my KPI card it shows 32.6.  any ideas why?  there are no filters applied to the matrix or KPI card, i am at a loss!

Hi @mmills2018 ,

I have created Goals and Snapshots (Prod) tables shown below as data sample:

3.30.3.data sample.PNG

And use the measure you provided before, but actually I could not reproduce your issue:

3.30.3.output using SUMX.PNG

Could you please share me with your pbix file from your Onedrive for Business after removing sensitive data? So that I could have a test again.

Best Regards,
Eyelyn Qin

Can you copy the snapshot or share the dummy pbix?

Extend out the number of decimals and see if it is a rournding isssue.  Then you might need to format the measure or column to round to a specific place?

ive tried this, when i extend out i get 32.375 vs 32.455 in the KPI Card.  I am rounding to 1 decimal place

my measure is a sumx, could that be the issue?

Headcount Measure = SUMX (
FILTER ( Goals, Goals[Management Level] IN VALUES ( 'Snapshots (Prod)'[Management Level (groups)] ) ),
((Goals[Headcount])))

Hi @Anonymous  - did you get a chance to look into this?
