Matrix not showing all the cells

Hello Community,

I have a problem with the visual : Matrix.

I'm working on a risk mapping and i want to visualize for each country , how many risks there are for each level of occurence ( from 1 to 5 ) and level of impact ( from 1 to 5 as well )

here is what it looks like

Matrix général.PNG

But as you can see , whenever i filter on a specific country , where for example there are no risks with impact on level 1 or 5 , or Occurence on level 1,2,5. The matrix doesn't show them and only show the levels where there are data.

Matrix France.PNGI want all the cells to appear on the matrix even if there is no data. I already tried the "Show items with no data" but didn't work.

Thank you in advance

hi, @Anonymous

You could try this way:

Add a level of occurence ( from 1 to 5 ) table and a level of impact ( from 1 to 5 as well ), and then create the relationship with basic data table as below:

2.JPG

Then use level of occurence and level of impact from these two table as matrix visual column and row.

Now try "Show items with no data" and it will work.
