Matrix: how to show the stock next to sales dates in a single matrix

Hi all,

Below I have a really simple matrix setup, with sales quantity as Value and delivery date as column.

I really like this setup as I can easily see the sales per year, or per quarter or per month.

However, I also would like to see the amount of stock I but so that I can easily dinstinguish it form sales, while it stays in the same row as the sales (so i can include a grand total afterwards). Like in the following example:

But I can only use the sales months as column values. How can I show the stock like this next to it in one column so the grand total shows the months + stock together and I can easily distinguish stock from sales?

Hi, @commodity_check

To present such results, you need to rebuild the attribute column, but this will undoubtedly destroy the original date column. If you insist, you can add a row of stock records to the original date column, so that your date column value It will become a text format that cannot be viewed by quarter and month as before.
Another recommended way is to create a measure to calculate the remaining stock. You can try to use a card visual to display the stock.
