Matrix drill down each measure and show total

In the example below, all measure (Rev, GM, GM%) show for Q1 then same measures repeat for Q2 and so on and then finall all totals are shown. 

Is there a way I can make it show Rev for Q1, Q2, Q3, Q4 then Rev Total followed by GM for Q1, Q2, Q3, Q4, GM Total and so on instead?

In the matrix visual, in the column labels section, Fiscal Quarter should be the second field (not the first one).

There's only 1 field actually.
