When displaying values in a matrix, instead of summing, I want to display the most recent value.

Below are screenshots of my matrix, with the rows expanded and collapsed.
When collapsed, I want the first column [FLBV 0%] to display $8.43 for the 2019 row and $7.77 for the 2020 row instead of the $18.75 and $17.61 currently displayed, respectively.

Use this measure instead in the Values of the matrix.
LNBV Appraisal =
LASTNONBLANKVALUE (
'Aggregated Appraisals'[Appraisal Date],
SUM ( 'Aggregated Appraisals'[Appraised Value (no blanks)] )
)

Pat
