Matrix count showing same number for each column

Hello,

I made a matrix using a count of a field from my database. This is what it looks like:

MatrixMatrix

As you can see, each column has the same number for each row. I exported the data and made a pivot table to demonstrate what this matrix should look like:

PivotPivot

Does anyone know how i can make the matrix match the pivot table values?

Thanks

HI @milo,

Current power bi only export records that visual used, it not able to keep the original visual style. Maybe you can use 'export as pdf' feature to save report pages and visual styles as pdf.

Hello Marcus,

I do not see a model view in my version of Power BI. I have added a screenshot of my relationship view:

Hi @milo,
as you can see in the screenshot, the service table (column) does not filter the manifest table (value).

Hi @mwegener

This is how my filters are set up:

Capture.PNG

The mf_end_del_dt filter is coming from the manifest table. No filter is being applied from the service table. Are you suggesting that there should be?

Hi @milo ,

the column "sv_reason" tries to split (filter) the value, but the relationship does not work in this direction.

Hi @mwegener

Thanks for pointing that out. So then should i have the manifest table connected directly to the service table?

Thanks,

Milo
