Matrix columns and rows values?

Hello all,

I need your help concerning my probleme, in fact I need to calculate a measure based on column and rows value :

I need to put in Cond3 the value of 20 of B nd Cond1?

The result should be like this :

Any help please? how to add a condition like this : IF Column1=B and Column2=Cond3 then Sum(Mesure) All(table) else Sum(Mesure)

IF(MAX(Feuil1[Colum1])="B" && MAX(Feuil1[Colum2])="Cond3",CALCULATE(Sum(Feuil1[Value]),ALLEXCEPT(Feuil1,Feuil1[Colum1])),Sum(Feuil1[Value]))
