Matrix Stepped Layout - Horizontal Slidebar

Hi,

I have created a matrix with stepped layout off but I can't see any columns on the right because there is no horizontal slidebar. Is there a setup for that? It is showing the verticle slidebar though.

Thanks for that @v-yangliu-msft . Found the answer on the 1st thread. 

The way I have setup the matrix is, all the fields under Rows. If the slidebar to appear, you have to have at least one field under Columns.

I think this is a bug and Microsoft need to fix this.

@armchairexpert , Just resize and check it. It should appear. Very difficult tell using the screenshot shared

Tried resizing but that didn't work. The screen shot is bascially to show the verticle slidebar. Something similar should be there at the bottom too to slide accross but it is not appearing and I can't get to the columns on the right.
