Dears,
Thank you for usual support. Lovely Community!
Kindly, I have the below challenge and I'm seeking for your help and support
I have a matrix where it shows each date timesheet hours that have been logged for each employee. The values are correctly showing in each cell, where it shows also V in case the employee has taken a vacation on that day. Though the row subtotal are showing incorrectly in case there is a V in an employee who has taken a vacation on any date, where I want it to show his total hours that he has logged and ignoring the V values. Below is an image:

Hi Mwegener,
Thanks for your response. Below you can find a link with the sample data as well as the measures that I'm using:
Leave Hours & Vacations = if([Leaves - V]<>"V" ,[OTL Hrs Sum],'HR Leaves'[Leaves - V] )
Hi @tabuzahra,
try this as quick and dirty solution.
Leaves - V = CALCULATE(if([Leave Without Weekends In Days]>=1 && [OTL Hrs Sum] = 0 ,"V",[OTL Hrs Sum]),USERELATIONSHIP('HR Leaves'[Vacation Date],'Calendar'[Date]))
