I have the following challenge. When I create a matrix, the KPIs (Measures) are shown to me as in the first table. Is there any way I can get it in the format given in the second table?

Please correct me if I wrongly understood your question.
Through your screenshot, you seem to put the KPIs(measures) on column header. But in current Power BI version ,measures are not supported in row or column fields .

KPI1-3 are Measures, so i can not put them in to the header. Or?
