Hello everyone,
Thanks in advance for your time and help.
Here is a picture of my Matrix:
I am trying to create a Matrix from a Sharepoint list to count values that match the two columns chosen in the table. My column defined as the line index is a list of French names as you can see.
Here is the thing : sometimes I have two names in my column defined as line index (ex :"Blandine Marguerite), which is considered (logically) as a new name & a new line. Instead of this, I would like "Blandine Marguerite" to be counted as 1 for "Blandine" and 1 for "Marguerite" and consequently remove the line"Blandine Marguerite".
In the end it must look like this :
I have tried :
- To import a new table with a column filled with the expected line index in and set it as line index, but then I could not find a way to count values that match both my column index & a sub-chain of character in another column. I think I may have a solution with this attempt but need help on it.
Please do not hesitate to ask specific screen captures or information.
Thanks again,
Gaspard
