Matrix / Bar Chart Subtotals and totals

Hey All - I know it's something small.  but I can't get it - why are my Oppty sums adding all together instead of by oppty?

Are they coming from the same table? It seems they are not related or the relationship is not working properly.

Do you use any level of detail function in your measures (ALL, ALLEXCEPT, etc)?
