I hope you all are doing fine.
Recently, I posted a query regarding matching two lists and get list all the words which are matching to each other at some extend.
I was proposed the solution of fuzzy matching which I tried and accepted but when I used it on large datasets, It didnt work, It gave me very uneven results.
For example- It gave a matching like
Hong Kong Kung Hin
which does not make any sense.
My requirement is to obtain a solution as below
The image above is a problem
The image above is the solution required.
The data will be quite large as compared to the examples shared.
If you could suggest some solutions, It would be great.

Have you manually adjusted the similarity threshold of fuzzy matching?

Yes I tried to set every threshold value but result never came out to be accurate. Could you pls suggest me some other way than fuzzy matching?

I'm sorry that I have not found more functions that may fulfill your needs in powerbi as of now.
For your requirement , you can add it as an idea on Power BI Ideas forum and add your comments there to make this feature coming sooner.
