Match whole words in Text Filter

Hello everyone,

I'm using the Text Filter feature from the Market Place to make text searches in a table with projects information. 

My goal is to filter my projects by machine by filtering the description column where this information is stored. 

However, I have the following problem: whenever I type "palletiser", the filter also matches with all columns that have "depalletiser" in them. 

I would like to config this text filter to find only whole words to avoid this kind of situation. 

Is it possible?
