Martix With Sublevels

Hi looking for solution to have similar kind of layout on my matrix table

According to your description, I wonder whether I understand your requirement correctly, and here is my solution.

Sample data:

Create a hierarchy and then add the other level fields to the hierarchy.

Then the result is as follows.

Hello @v-tangjie-msft , In my question their is a column with type, In level-1 if TYPE COLUMN has value with 2 means in level-2 it has 2 records, for those records in level -2 if 1 record as TYPE COLUMN has value with 1 means in level-3 it has 1 record.

@arun3039 Depends on your data. If you have a column that has the Levels in it and another that has the Code, Product Name and Type values then just put those in the Columns field well as an adhoc hierarchy.
