Hi
When adding markers in a line chart. The top and bottom marker are not fully shown which makes it not very attractive to use.
However, not using them is not always an option as we want to make datapoint visable for better visual analysis and showing periodicity. Is this something the team can look into?

Hi @svenvu,
It's due to the maximum and minimum values are too close to Y axis start and end values. Please set start value a little less than minimum value and end value a little greater than maximum value.

This is a manual temporary solution as the datapoints can change every day and therefor I would have to change the min and max value on the axis every day.
I would rather think that the visual itself should calculate the space that is necessary to show the markers?

Hi @svenvu,
I have sent a email to consult this issue internally, will update here once I get any information.

Hi @svenvu,
I got information below:
It’s not a bug, that’s just how it has always worked. We have talked about giving users an option to scale the axis to fit the markers, but haven’t heard enough user feedback to prioritize it.

In the sparkline chart from OKViz this works, but I need the functionality of the line chart from PowerBI
