March 2019 update publishing not working

Hi

Since today (12/03/2019) Power BI will not allow me to publish my reports anymore. 

I have not updated my Desktop version yet, but since the update is available and shown once I open the software, I cannot any content anymore to Power BI Services. 

Could you please have a look at this issue.
