March 19, 2019 update has broken web connector behaviour

I can no longer access the data table and it has broken my report. This is a farily important report that I use daily. The data is in an XML format and I use Power BI's web connector. My scheduled referesh worked last night, and failed this morning. Overnight, PowerBI was updated...

Not sure what to do at this point.

Discovered a workaround is to use http instead of https.  This may not work for all applications of the web connector though....

Nevermind.  The job table only seems to appear at random refreshes.  I have no clue whats going on.
