Mapping - ideas on handling exceeding max number of map points?

Hello, I have 30,000+ map points I'd like to show on a ArcGIS map, and I undertsand the limit is 10,000 - has anyone else come up with ideas or workarounds to get your data on display to under 10,000 points?

I thought about constraining the date range to get the output down but this is not ideal.

Any ideas welcomed!

TIA Smiley Happy
