Mapbox Choropleth visuals disappear at certain zoom levels

Hi,

I have a map of postcodes in Australia using Mapbox.

The postcodes appear correctly at close zoom levels but they disappear when I zoom out leaving me with a blank map.

What this means is that I am not able to get a country or even state wide view, only a small subset as the postcode map disappears as I zoom out.

Any insights on how to get around this?

Thanks,

FF

Hi @Anonymous ,

What version of Desktop are you using? Could you please provide screenshots and some sample data?

Best Regards,

I am also running into this issue. Here are a couple of screenshots to illustrate the problem

This screenshot shows when the map is too zoomed out (shapes disappear):

Here is the furthest out I can zoom before the shapes disappear:

I did some digging and it turns out if we were developing a website, we could change the "tolerance" parameter in the GeoJSON to make the shapes show at further zoom limits. I could be wrong but I think the problem lies within the Mapbox app for Power BI since we cannot set all the parameters that we would have developing a website.

Regarding, sample data, not sure how to provide that on this forum. Any help would be appreciated.

MapBox app Version: 1.5.0
