Map with images in place of bubble

Hi I have this existing chart as down below now the requirement is to replace those dynamic circles with an image of cycle and that image will auto size according to the amount of sales i.e 100 will be a small size image and 1000 will be bigger w.r.t the lower value.

The actual requirement is here below, I have hardcoaded the images, is there a way to achieve this in power bi:-

I'm afraid this isn't available for now. I would suggest you vote up ideas here. Maybe you can try the ArcGIS map and do some customizations.
