Map visual - Bubble with multiple colors using Legend Property

Hi,

I am working on a report that uses the Map visual. The underlying data set returns around 400 rows for 20 locations. I use the location's Lats and Longs to put them on the map and other data columns are used to prep Measures to show bubble colors via the 'Legend' property. So, each row contributes to one of the two color conditions.

There are new set of requirements, where a data row could contribute to both the color conditions, in which case I need to show a bubble that has half and half of both the colors.

In the existing setup, the column, xyz, had a value of 1or 2 which was used in the legend. But now, the data set has a comma separated value, for e.g: '1,2' and the expectation is to show both colors in the same bubble.

I thought of splitting the value into two columns, but I dont think we have the ability to use two columns in the 'Legend' property.

Has anyone tried this or similar? Need inputs on how to deal with this.

Cheers...

Hi @Sumit273,

After research and test, we can't achieve your requirement so far. The Legend Property set the total bubbles' color, there are different values in the field used in Legend, there will be the same kinds of color, each value consistent with one color of bubbles. It's impossible to show a bubble that has half and half of both the colors. You can create an idea here or vote the following feature request.
