Hi Everyone,
Thanks for taking the time to read this. I'm new to Power BI and have watched tutorials on this subject but can't resolve this problem.
I'm trying to create a map of public schools in New South Wales (state), Australia by student enrolments. I keep getting this error:
I have categorised the longitude and latitude and set to 'don't summarize'.
If I remove longitude and latitude Bing shows schools all over the globe. I just want NSW and would like the exact locations for this data. Can someone please help me?
Thanks
Hi @NMDG

Hi @VahidDM
Thanks for your help with this. When I do remove schools from the column, no data appears on the map.
When I add 'school' to location, it appears like this:
This is kind of what I'm looking for. Do you know how I can limit the map to NSW?
Thanks,
Nathan
Well, you can use this custom visual:
https://appsource.microsoft.com/en-us/product/power-bi-visuals/jamesdales1641113482177.icon_map?tab=...
BTW, are you sure your lat and long are correct? IF your data are for NSW schools it should not show any circle on US
