Map not showing in Power BI Desktop and Teams

Hello,

my created Map is not showing in Power BI Desktop and Teams, but in the Power BI service (browser).

Power BI Desktop Version: 2.107.841.0 64-bit (Juli 2022)

Teams Version 1.5.00.17656 (64-bit).

I recognized that the report in Teams Web App also works.

After changing the Authentication Browser to "use my default web browser".

The report worked also in the desktop applications.

Can you open  https://www.bing.com/maps/?

Try open cmd, input "ping bing.com".

If you can see time, you can reach bing.com. The smaller the time, the better the connection.

Hi @v-yalanwu-msft ,

the connection time is about 4 or 3 ms.

Could it be a firewall setting applicable because Desktop and Teams are local and the service is on the browser ?
