Maybe you can try to use following measure to compare between the current date and max date and return result tag:

Measure = 
VAR currDate =
    MAX ( 'Table'[timestamp] )
VAR maxDate =
    MAXX ( ALLSELECTED ( 'Table'[timestamp] ), [timestamp] )
RETURN
    IF ( currDate >= maxDate - 1, "Y", "N" )

I haven't found any option to enable advanced color formatting on custom visuals.
