I'm trill trying to figure out how to set up relationships. I am not really sure on how to combine my tables.
My problem is how I should include agents to the four tables Case activities, Control, Aprovals and Cases since agent_id is different in all 4 tables for one case_id.
I tried this, but I'm pretty sure I don't get the correct agents for Cases.
Do someone know the proper way to combining these tables?

Hi @Anonymous ,
you should create a star schema.
Figure out what your fact tables and dimension tables are.
Possibly. you have to duplicate the case table. A table as a fact table as a dimension table.
