Making top of a hierarchical slicer not selectable

So I started learning Power BI a week ago and was wondering if it would be possible to make the top of a hierachical slicer not selectable.
So basically from this:

To something like that:

@Yachti , I doubt that is possible. I do not think there is an option for that
