So the title pretty much outlines it all. At work we have a workspace that we use to build an App that we share with some clients. Sometimes we publish new reports to this workspace, but the clients might not necessarily have approval to view it yet. So far we've had to manually turn off "Include in App" for every new report published.
What I'm wondering is whether there's a way to turn off the inclusion off Apps by default - because if there is, I sure can't find it!
In the admin portal, you could add a custom message reminding users to exclude reports from the app once they publish the report.

Nope, current I haven't found any options to modify the default setting. Maybe you can submit an idea for this requirement.
