Make "Totals" appear when exporting Power BI report to Excel.

I have a report in which I like to export to Excel, however, when I export to Excel the totals do not come over.  Is it possible to make the totals export too?

When I export to Excel I get all the above data, but not the totals.  I know I can easily sum thte totals in Excel, but is it possible so that the totals come up without having to use a formula in excel to sum them?

Hi @jonnyA ,

Total is the value displayed in visual, and the data exported in PBI refers to the dataset contained in this visual.

Therefore, when exporting data, it will not export the specific display field in different visual, only the data based on dataset in visual.

You could submit your idea to help improve power bi.

@jonnyA , usually export is data export.

In power bi service you option to export summarize data, is it not giving total with that?

Thank you for your response.  It does give me the option to Summarize Data, however, the totals are not coming over.
