Make a table from a cell in excel that is changing and track the change date

Dear all,

 

I have a cell in excel that change its value, when I import it to power BI it will show me only the last value, however I want that all the values changes to be recorded in power BI to track the changes that happened. 

Can someone help me here?

Thank you for your reply. I was hoping to create a new table In power BI, or in Excel.

@TatyDo you need to track changes in excel and then use it in powerbi

Yes exactly, track and save the changes
Separately. To make a table with historical data.

@TatyDo you need what? you need to manage history in excel and it is not a powerbi question. so not clear what you are looking for?

From what I understand, the hope was to find a way to keep historical data inside Power BI. Unfortunately, this is not possible - by refreshing the data all existing will be overwritten. Even the recently introduced incremental refresh feature will not keep historical data on its own, but just limit the refresh to the latest added data.
