Make a simple table (visual) non-interactive?

In my reports I have a LOT of cases where I need to put a small amount of dynamic info into the upper corner of a chart, so I used a basic table. Outside of the row headers it will mostly have only ONE row, but in some cases two (so a card won't work), and I want to "compress" it as much as possible. It will always sort (smaller to larger) on the leftmost column too, so it doesn't need to be interactive at all.

Is there a way to configure it to be "information only" with no interactivity, so the sort arrow goes away and the row and row header reclaim that "dead" space (red rectangle below) caused by the arrow?

P.S. I tried a multi-row card and it seems closer to what I have in mind, but it does not allow me to chamge column width...

Hi, @Daryl_K

Is your problem solved?

@Daryl_K If you go to the "..." in top right, you can do the sort by > FY (select what is selected) to clear that arrow. Then you can simply overlay a button (with all options off to make it transparent) and the General -> Maintain layer order turned on. That will effectively make it non-clickable by the user too.

You're right, it clears the arrow, but the dead space is still there. I am trying to make this as compact as possible, but am not having luck...

Thank for the response!

@Daryl_K Ah yes, that space is kept in reserve. You could consider making it a smart narrative or the custom visual enlighten data story.  That way you can format it kind of how you please without headers.
