Major Price Change for each country and Major Population growth in five years

Dear All,

If i have to toggle between ranking countries by major change in price over time for each country in the dollar , and greatest population growth over time (five-year minimum for data).

what will be the formula? 

I have two Tables (Data and Population) 

Data has the dollar price for each country and population has the data for the population.

also would like to know what will be expected growth rate of population  in another five years

You may try using RANKX to add measures and take advantage of Visual level filters.
