I am looking for a free map able to show 3 indocators with 3 different colors: for example:

RED for the number of inhabitants , BLUE for number of driving licences, GREEN for number of immatriculated cars

But what i need is not exactely a conditional color depending on an indicator values. I want to show 3 indicators on the same map : 

for example:

According to your description, you are looking for a map visual that can show 3 differnet color?

The Codition format will let you color based on 2 or 3 colors using the Color Scale, Custom Rules, or with Values (using a color column in your data).
You can try to refer to these document ,  i hope it can help you.
