Lost in circular dep. with perctg

Hello

I'm pretty stucked with something what I want to highlight in a report about how employees handling tickets.

I want to show statistics for each employees (filtering individually) using card visual with information what is percentage of sev1 and sev2 he has resolved.

We have 4 ticket severity, from 1 to 4 (lowest). Ratio is:

So, I dont want to show whole table with unnecessarily data like this:

Untitled2.png

I dont want show the count of sev1+sev2 (irrelevant) - it must be info about percentage of sev1 and sev2 (the summ or separatelly) between all ticket resolved by that employee.

Thank you in advance

Petra

Can you just filter out Severity 2 and 3 from your visualization?

DAX is easy, CALCULATE makes DAX hard...

Unfortunatelly, the result is this:

His statistic is:

So I need only one information: that he has resolved 95/416*100  sev1 tickets of all his tickets.

Very simple but...impossible for me.

OK, just collapse your unwanted columns so that they disappear? Can you post some sample data and a screen shot or explanation of the fields filled into your visual?
