Hi,
I am trying to lookupvalue using the below formula to link the two tables:
= LOOKUPVALUE (RESULT COLUMN, SEARCH COLUMN1, SEARCH COLUMN2)
= LOOKUPVALUE (TABLE2[PLANT], TABLE1[DOCK],TABLE2[DOCK])
Table one column dock and table two column dock has a relationship linked.
Table two dock has only unique values but table one dock has multiple value.
It doesn't work when I try to match the dock codes and have it return what plant it belongs to for table 1.
Please help. Thank you!
Hi @claudiacheng,
Is there any error occurs when you use LookupValue() function?
I tested with some dummy data, it's able to create a calculated column on Table1 to return Plant values from Table2.

Hi Qiuyun,
Thank you for your help!
I have tried and it's giving me the above error message:
Hi @claudiacheng,
What's the relationship between the tables DockToShop and CMSSINDTL?
If possible, please share pbix file with us. You can upload it to your OneDrive and send the share link to me via private message.
Best Regards,
Qiuyun Yu
